About the role
As a Sales Administrator, you will manage customer orders and be the first point of contact for operational customer requests. You will be responsible for order confirmations, delivery follow-ups, and logistics handling. The role also involves supporting Key Account Managers (KAM) with quotations, participating in customer meetings, and analyzing sales data to identify deviations and growth opportunities. You will play a key role in ensuring customer needs and expectations are met, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
– Manage customer orders, order confirmations, and follow-up in collaboration with KAM.
– Administer forecasts and call-offs.
– Prepare delivery notes and manage logistics for export shipments.
– Perform freight calculations and prepare customs documentation.
– Support KAM by creating and following up on quotations, and providing general sales support.
– Assist in handling customer complaints and analyzing customer needs.
– Participate in and prepare sales meetings, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
– Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and suggest improvements.
Key qualifications
– Experience in sales, purchasing, and logistics.
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Organized, flexible, and problem-solving oriented.
– Experience with MS Office and ERP systems. Jeeves is a merit.
– Basic technical knowledge of products.
